#4) Someone recently asked me why I fly American Airlines. Here are 3 reasons: First, they have a great mileage program (Advantage) and I like to earn and use miles for free travel. Second, when you build loyalty with an airline, they take care of you. If you build up status, it helps when you're stranded, it helps when you need to make changes, and it helps eliminate extra fees. You might save some money on a ticket with another airline, but in the long run, when you're part of a program, there are many benefits that aren't just measured with money. Third, their routes, schedule and access to other airlines (One World) works for me. I've been a fan for years, and I enjoy the benefits of travel within this network of airlines!
